Rules
The board for multinational conversations and cultural exchange. On the board, rules are present for sake of good mirth and safe expression whereupon all Fish from anywhere or any place or space are welcome to stay.

Rule	Description
No Antagonistic Coercion	Prohibits posting insults and harassment of others on the board, that includes aggressive deliberate form of malice to user. For example, spamming or flooding threads on purpose of dilating conversation. Insulting others, accusing them with labels like “pedophile” or “chud”, and other mistreatment which mean antagonism. Malice is characterized by the heavy recalcitrant defiance and friendlessness user suggests for threads and poster. OP of the thread is always prioritized protection over the coercion of whoever else in the thread. But the rule applies solely to conversations with other users, not prohibits use of words for third party that is topic for conversation.
