Basically from now on all gore content can be posted anywhere, as longas it is spoiler tagged…

If you see a board that doesn't have spoiler tag feature, then that simply means no gore, otherwise if sfw board has spoiler tag - you can add real life gore to page.

According to another addendum, no cartoon gore is not technically considered a part of this rule.
