Touhou isn't just bad, it's a festering wound on the ass of indie gaming. The "music" is just generic, looping Japanese elevator noise that gets hyped up by a bunch of delusional sycophants. And the "story"? What fucking story? It's a barely coherent excuse to make some overly sexualized nip fairies shoot glowy circles at you in the most repetitive, visually boring bullet hell imaginable.

The "art style" looks like it was drawn by a five-year-old with a broken crayon, and the gameplay hasn't evolved in decades. It's the same tired, monotonous bullshit. It's not "deep," it's just obscure for the sake of being obscure.

And the fanbase? Don't even get me started. A hive mind of gatekeeping, fanon-obsessed degenerates who think their collection of waifu shit is some kind of cultural masterpiece. They'll defend every single one of ZUN's lazy design choices like it's gospel, while simultaneously creating "lore" that's ten times more complex than anything actually in the games because the source material is so fucking barren. They're insufferable, cliquish, and utterly devoid of critical thought.

Compared to any actual mythology, like, I don't know, literally anything from the Greco-Roman pantheon? Touhou's "lore" and its pathetic cast of glorified nip fairies GET ABSOLUTELY BTFOED. Zeus would smite every single one of those weak-ass characters and their bullet patterns wouldn't even count as a warm-up. This whole franchise is a talentless, overrated hack job for lonely, basement-dwelling pedophiles
