I generally hate the whole $$$ oriented "content" creation culture that has been normalized which in a normal world would be a copyright violation.
This was one of the big mental chains that has prevented me from creating to begin with.
Imagine making a world of your dreams, putting in countless hours to make it come to life in an indie game, a short comic, just a single image even…
You might sell said thing, or just publish it for free to share your joy.
You got any interest in your work? The mass of normalfags and degenerates will immediately generate countless amounts of unspeakable degenerate works, or just general rule 34 material, each selling it to their patreons or whatever for more money than you've likely ever seen as a creator.
All by violating your creation. The mutilate your work with hour long drivel videos that become the new reality (as perceived by the mass of subhumans) of your work.
It's maddening really.
Now with AI tools this has started to spread to less popular creations as well.
I can't even imagine how I would deal with having something I cherished enough to put in the work to make desecrated like this.
Keep in mind I'm not against pornographic content in general. I did and still do enjoy MGQ and the like, though less so than in my youth.
It just pains me to imagine having something that is truly "my own" taken by a mass of normies who simply do not care.
This happened when what used to be niche hobbies, escapism (anime/manga, video games) became mainstream. The masses have distorted what once was and the "space" turned hostile to the likes of myself.
